I blame single/never married black women for the high rate of fatherless children in our race! I also blame black women for the high rate of black children born into poverty and having to grow up in poor, violent, crime infested neighborhoods. I blame black women for the high rate of black males dying violent deaths before many of them reach the age of 25. Oh, and in case you feel compelled to ask, “What about Black Men?” Ask yourself these questions. Do black men get pregnant? Do black men determine whether or not a baby is born? Do the statistics say that over 74% of black children born are born to single mothers or to single men? When is our race going to properly and adequately address this weird ass obsession that so many young girls and grown ass women have with single motherhood? When are the women in the black race going to put an end to this destructive, self-sabotaging, child hating, volunteering behavior? What’s there to celebrate? I thought #KekePalmer was into girls. What is she doing being pregnant? Most of These chicks today are obviously confused. I think it’s just a slap in the face of who she really is and how she was actually raised growing up. Keke Palmer grew up middle class and in a MARRIED two parent household with an ACTIVE and PRESENT FATHER. Keke Palmer is a Disney kid (Tru Jackson VIP). She did not grow up hood. She was not burdened with mostly ignorant hood values. I think in her efforts to ditch the Disney kid image, she went overboard in trying to appeal to what she believed is real or “down ass” black culture. Meaning, she purposefully trained herself to act out every sassy, loud and over the top “black girl” stereotype. FYI Keke, the hood is a SUBCULTURE of black people, not the totality of who we are as a group in this country.
